Двухкомнатная квартира:
1 спальня с двухспальной кроватью (180*200), в зале раздвижной диван (180*200).
По договорённости можем предоставить раскладушку, если на ваши даты она будет свободна, за отдельную плату.
Предоставляю постельное бельё и полотенца (бельё стирается в прачечной). Если 2-комнатная квартира; предоставляю 2 комплекта постельного белья, 4 полотенца, 2 одеяла и 4 подушки.
Фен, утюг.
Уборка квартиры и смена постельного белья при длительном заселении — 1 раз в 7 дней (входит в стоимость проживания).
При заселении в квартиру: есть шампунь, гель для душа, мыло, туалетная бумага (предоставляю при заселении один рулон).
Младше 23 лет кв. не сдаю, и также для вечеринок.
Рядом с квартирой горный воздух, также в шаговой доступности магазины и кафе, городская больница, парк Горького.
Удобная транспортная развязка, автобусная остановка находится в 5 минутах от дома. На автобусе; без пересадок легко добраться до детской стоматологии, ТЦ «Сити-молл», аквапарка, парка Горького, вокзала, аэропорта.
В сезонный спрос, выходные, праздничные дни стоимость может меняться.
Залог — 3000 рублей, возвращаю после уборки квартиры.
Если гость оставил:
- Мусор — 300 рублей,
- Грязную посуду — 500 руб.,
- Прокуренную квартиру — залог не возвращается,
- Утеря ключей — 2000 руб.,
- Разбитая посуда 1 шт. — 500 руб.
