До «Горного воздуха» 20 минут ходьбы, площадь Победы, супермаркет «Столичный», мельница, Сбербанк, парк — всё в шаговой доступности. Квартира светлая, чистая и ухоженная. Имеется всё для комфортного проживания. Заезд в 14:00, выезд до 12:00. Сдаётся только для проживания, не для вечеринок!

Advantages:

Хозяева выше всяких похвал! Разрешили заселиться раньше 14. 00, по прилёту сразу. Готовы были помочь с любыми вопросами, депозит вернули и, что похоже на чудо, каким-то невероятным образом передали мне варежки, которые были забыты на батарее. Как уж они нашли девушку, которая вылетала на 30 мин позже меня, не знаю, но в зоне вылета мои забытые вещи были у меня! Спасибо вам, дорогие Алексей и Мария! Квартира без изысков, удобная, всё есть, до подъемников пешком 15 мин по прямой. В доме лифт, мусоропровод. Рядом продуктовые магазины и кафе с выпечкой на закваске.

Disadvantages:

Если прям уж придираться, то можно сделать замечание только по поводу чистоты. Но можно и самим сделать так, как комфортно.
