Advantages:

Вовремя заселили. Рядом есть магазины со всем что может понадобиться. Не далеко от центра поселка. Тихие соседи не мешали.

Disadvantages:

Нет домофона. Не работала микроволновая печь. Отсутствовало мыло в ванной комнате. Нет балкона. И входная дверь тяжело закрывается.
